Conference Registration
The registration fee covers public transportation during the meeting, the welcome reception and a copy of the proceedings. Of course, it also covers workshop attendance, coffee breaks and social hour refreshments. It is

| € 230 | registered after May 15, 2004, excluding conference dinner |
Cancelleation fees (by June 15, 2004):
| € 25 | Cancellation of registration |
| € 15 | Cancellation of hotel or dinner |
No reimbursemnt for cancellations after June 15, 2004
The registration is handled by Interplan. You can e-mail the contact person directly if need be.
Important notes:
- Interplan also has made reservations for a number of nearby hotels. Use the same form to make hotel reservations (under these conditions ) if you want to take advantage of this service. More details can be found on our accommodations page. If you decide to make hotel reservations through Interplan seperately from the registration, send an e-mail to Interplan.
- Interplan also handles most of the fees for the social program including the conference dinner. The costs for which will be added to the final amount.
