For speakers
Currently we can guarantee a beamer/projector with a resolution of 1024x768 and an overhead projector for transparencies.
If you use a laptop, note the German power system :
In Germany the voltage is 220V/50Hz. Check your equipment if it can handle that. Some laptops
can actually handle 110-240V/50-60Hz.
The plug system used in Germany consists of "Type C" (=Europlug) and "Type F" plugs.

For posters
The size of the poster board is 96cm (width) x 236cm (height). I.e. you will easily fit A0 posters and 36inch wide posters.The mounting material for the posters will be provided. You don't need to bring pins (the material of the boards is not made to be used with pins).
