The Power Mac cluster
Status: 14 nodes up and running (Jan. 22, 2010)
Our Apple cluster is a 25 node G5 cluster connected by Gigabit.
For each node, the essential specs are:
- Dual PowerPC G5 CPUs at 2Ghz
- 8GB RAM
- Mac OSX (as of this writing: 10.4)
